Colt Midstream has been awarded funds from the State of Texas Emissions Reduction Plan’s (TERP) New Technology Implementation Grant Program (NTIG), to replace older, gas-driven compressor drivers with more efficient and cleaner burning engines. The grant funds will cover approximately half the cost for
Colt to upgrade four engines that, combined, represent over 5000 HP of natural gas driven compression. Colt Midstream is committed to being a good steward of Texas and we appreciate the opportunity to work with the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) on this project.
